Processing Timeframes
- Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are typically processed the same day.
- Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Fulfillment Process
Once your order is processed, our warehouse team carefully picks, packs, and prepares your items for shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be available on the order tracking page using your order number, or in your account dashboard if you’re signed in. Large or heavy items like printers and scanners may require additional handling time to ensure secure packaging.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Washington D.C. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times. P.O. Boxes are accepted for smaller items but may not be available for large printers or heavy equipment.
Address Requirements
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. This includes your full street address, apartment/suite/unit number (if applicable), and correct city, state, and ZIP code.
We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered or are returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at [email protected].
Signature & Delivery Requirements
Signature Required Deliveries
For high-value orders (typically over $300), a signature may be required upon delivery to prevent theft or loss. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave an attempted delivery notice and try again on the next business day. After multiple failed attempts, the package may be held at a local carrier facility for pickup.
You can often arrange alternative delivery instructions or authorize the carrier to leave the package without a signature through the carrier’s website using your tracking number.

All shipping and delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates based on standard carrier service levels and are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our facility, transit times are managed by the carrier and may be affected by factors outside our control.
Orders may occasionally be delayed beyond the estimated business days due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to carrier service interruptions, weather events, regional logistics conditions, address verification, or higher than usual order volume. If a significant delay occurs after dispatch, your tracking information will reflect the most current status from the carrier, and you can reach out to us at [email protected] for assistance.

Damages During Shipping
Damaged or Defective Items
While we take great care to package all items securely, damage during transit may occasionally occur. If you receive a damaged package, please:
- Take photographs of the external package damage and the damaged product
- Save all packaging materials, boxes, and packing materials
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include your order number and the photographs in your email
We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement to be shipped as quickly as possible. Keeping the original packaging is essential, as the carrier may require it for their damage inspection process.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, your tracking number will be available in your account dashboard and on the order tracking page. You can track your package by:
- Logging into your account and viewing your order history
- Visiting the order tracking page with your order number and email
- Using the tracking number on the shipping carrier’s website
If your tracking information shows no updates for more than 5 business days, or if your package appears to be stuck in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
